All of our lambs are
locally produced, mainly originating from farms in the hills and valleys
of the River Dee. Our lambs are of Welsh breeds - not just from Wales.
The Welsh breeds of lamb are renowned for their flavour and tenderness. We hang
our lambs for 2-3 weeks before preparing for sale.
